Last year, I had the joy of working with one of my favorite people, Rebecca Thienes, an incredibly talented designer who also happens to be an editor at a New York City shelter magazine. We were asked to do a pied a terre in the Manhattan House, one of Gordon Bunshaft's great modernist creations.
